Proximidade com supermercados, proximidade ao centro da cidade, percurso muito pequeno em estrada de chão...
Deveria ter água quente ao menos na torneira da cozinha. Controle do ar condicionado do quarto (sem banheira) não funcionou, tive que usar o controle do outro quarto... Armário de louças deve melhorar a acomodação das louças.
