Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro di Colmar a piedi e per visitare tutti i dintorni. Appartamento accogliente.

Siamo capitati in una settimana di caldo anomalo e il ventilatore non è stato sufficiente a garantirci una permanenza piacevole. Consiglio ai proprietari di pulire il ventilatore perché molto sporco.

Sehr gute Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet, alles sehr nett und sauber. Sehr räumig.

Nichts zu beanstanden, alles perfekt.

Gute Schalldämmung durch dreifach verglasten Fenster. Sehr gute Bett- Matratze und gute Bettdecke. Küchengeräte- Ausstattung mit (Herdplatte, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffee-Padmaschine). Ausreichend warmes (heißes) Wasser.

Die Geschirr- Ausstattung der Küche müsste unserer Meinung nach etwas aufgebessert bzw. erneuert werden, wie z. B. Kaffeetassen, Kochgeschirr, Messer (stumpf). Teekanne fehlt.

Nothing was enjoyed at this place, we would not stay again

This place has been falsely rated in the past in our opinion. We wouldn't pay $50.00 dollars again to stay here. The whole building smells bad, the kitchen floor is soft and a hazard, none of the apartment has been cleaned in a very long time. The bed is awful to sleep on, the shower floor is moldy, there were dust bunnies all over the floor to the point where you couldn't wear socks without them being filthy. There wasn't enough covers for all the pillows, it was just a terrible experience. If we could have gotten a refund and moved elsewhere we would have. Three of the worse nights spent on vacation in a very long time. We tried to capture images of the kitchen floor, but it was difficult to do so. We didn't waste time with all of the other issues taking pictures. If you can imagine walking on a soft floor covered by multiple layers of vinyl flooring with the multiple layers being cracked because the base layer can't support the layers it was an attempt to put lipstick on a pig as the expression goes.
