About this apartment rental
This beautiful vacation apartment, measuring over 57 square meters, has been furnished with great attention to detail and is best suited for 2 people.
The double bed measures 180x200 and comes with a large closet.
If you’d like to bring a child, there’s plenty of space here to set up an extra bed. The cozy lighting helps you unwind, and you’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the soft bed.
Underfloor heating in the bathroom ensures pleasant warmth. Towels and toiletries are also provided.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you can cook to your heart’s content. A stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and various cooking utensils are provided. A wide variety of spices is also available. Of course, the dishwasher takes care of the dishes. The dining table comfortably seats up to 4 people.
The leather sofa with ottoman invites you to relax after a wonderful day of vacation. Want to read a little more, play a game, or watch TV?
During the colder months, you can cozy up by the warm, crackling fire. In the summer, the small south-facing balcony offers a stunning view of the fields of Menslage.
News: The local shooting festival takes place over Pentecost and on the first weekend in August. The festival grounds are right next to the apartment, so some noise disturbance is to be expected.

You’ll enjoy a leisurely ride through the countryside without any significant inclines. The RAVELOS (cycling route network in the Osnabrück region) makes it easy to find your way, as you’ll regularly come across signs indicating your destination.
Canoe tours
Canoeing on the Hase is an unforgettable experience. The river is a protected nature reserve, in part due to its idyllic floodplain landscape.
The Alte Hase, Kleine Hase, and all sorts of tributaries meander through the Artland. The main channel is easy to navigate, even for novice paddlers. Just go with the flow and enjoy nature. Boat rental companies also offer a pickup service at your destination.
Hiking
The UNESCO Global Geopark TERRA.vita offers regional hiking trails as well as well-known long-distance hiking trails with magnificent views and insights into a rich cultural landscape steeped in tradition and a natural backdrop that surprises and delights. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Man kann sich sofort wohl fühlen.

Aufgrund der CC/DS/BJ Bundessiegerprüfung beim HSV Quakenbrück suchten wir vom 04.03-06.03.22 eine Unterkunft mit unseren 5 Hunden. Wir wurden in der FeWo Artland sofort herzlich Willkommen. Für uns und unsere Vierbeiner war alles wichtige vor Ort wir und konnten uns nach den anstrengenden Tagen auf dem Hundeplatz super entspannen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen - auch für länger.

Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und unserem Hund über ein Wochenende zu Besuch in der Ferienwohnung gewesen.
Dort angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt und durch die Wohnung geführt.
Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht.
Ein kleiner, gemütlicher Balkon gehört auch dazu.
Die Gegend lädt zum Wandern und Radfahren ein.
Wenn man etwas mehr Zeit mitbringt, gibt es in der Umgebung auch einiges zu sehen.
Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
