amplasarea apartamentului si orientarea lui catre mare. de asemenea impartirea spatiului era buna
apartamentul are nevoie de o improspatare. repararea boilerelor, robinetilor manerelor de la usa etc

Super místo přímo u pláže (která je bezplatná), krásný výhled z balkónu, velký apartmán, 2 koupelny s WC, přímo pod apartmánem obchod, kolem restaurace, kavárny.
Problémy s odtokem a vodou. Když se sprchoval někdo v jedné koupelně netekla voda ze sprchy v koupelně druhé. V Albánii jsem poněkolikáté, takže to pro nás nebylo zase tak velké překvapení a pobyt jsme si tím zkazit rozhodně nenechali.

Lokacija perfektna, objekat na samoj plaži , mnogo prostora , u apartmanu postoji sve sto je potrebno , market u objektu , mjenjačnica . Kafić ,, nemam primjedbu
