Property is well managed and is very relaxing to stay at, starting from pool, lagoon and beach with internal transportation available at scheduled times. Staff are really helpful, flexible and always attendant with a smile and willing to assist, specifically mentioning Mr. Mohamed Badr who supported me several times.

Almost everything was wonderful, food is delicious specially the dinner, staff was amazing, room was so big and sunny, ... etc.
You need to leverage the night programs and activities (Real Animation Team + other activities)

The staff were extremely helpful and all provided excellent service.
The animation team and the venue were completely unsuitable, leading to discomfort, difficulty sleeping, and a lack of peace and quiet.
