The apartment has a beautifully decorated sleeping area, which includes a cosy double bed, an armchair, and a support desk.
The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.
Guests will have access to a shared kitchen and living room, perfect for cooking and relaxing together.
There is no elevator in the building.

Almada street was the first large way to be built out of the walls of the city. At the top of the street you can find the Divine Heart of chapel, in neo-gothic style, that dates back to 1878.“Blacksmiths’ street”, as some people call i, known for its hardware stores. From chains to faucets, from plugs to hand tools, from keys to plumbing supplies, you’ll find it all. But new life is being brought to this street, with new stores, design and vintage ones, tattoo shops and coffee shops. Very close to the City Hall and Praça da República.
This property is conveniently situated within walking distance of two major metro stations. Aliados station is just a 5-minute walk away, while Trindade station is an 8-minute walk from the property.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Nicely located to allow access to a wide variety of restaurants. Easy to take a scenic stroll to the Ponte Luis I for the views. Would happily stay on our next trip.

The location is very nice, which is easy to visit a lot of viewpoints, and close to Trindade and São Bento station. The room is comfortable. The staff is helpful, in spite of self check-in, they replied my questions quickly.

The house is very well located. The check-in was super easy. We had a room with a bathroom and a beautiful balcony. The kitchen was seperated, but we couldn't use the kitchen because it wasn't equipped. The house has charm, but it's definitely something for old building enthusiasts. It has been renovated, but there was a big water damage visible on our wall. It was very load from the outside and our neighborswere partying at night, although it's not suitable for light sleepers. The vegetarian restaurant in the house is incredibly good; definitely worth a visit!The room was cleaned occasionally; we had to ask, but they responded promptly. All in all, it was okay, but we would prefer a different accommodation on our next visit
