The unit was very clean and well maintained. The view was very nice. It was very close to our work sites and everyone was super friendly and eager to answer any questions.
The initial shock of no air conditioning but once I figured out to cool the unit down it was great.

The size and location was perfect. We were there for a short time but REALLY loved that we were on the 1st floor. Easy to walk to the beach below. My mother enjoyed sitting outside at night relaxing in the cool breeze. She was even able to see deer for the first time in her life.
The only thing I must say is the linens. The main bedroom sheets and pillow cases had drool stains that you couldn’t just ignore. I had to wash them before using that night. The bath mat in the main bedroom bathroom had dirty feet stains on them, I flipped it over thinking that it would be clean but it was actually worse.
