The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet—we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or the surroundings. The facilities felt brand new and well maintained. Breakfast was simple but well served, clean, and organized, with a few options that were all good quality.
The room layout was a bit inconvenient—the closet is positioned behind the bathroom sliding door. At one point, one of my kids almost got his fingers caught when the door was opened after a shower, which felt like a safety concern.

The location was very close to where my conference was it was clean

The staff was very nice
The room had a bad odor.
The bathroom floor felt like it had been mopped, but not rinsed. It almost felt soapy.
Also, the shower in the bathroom would not turn off, so you couldn’t give a little one a bath because when you turn the water on, it would come out of the regular faucet, but it also continued to come out of the shower and you could not turn the shower off.
It was not the clean, fresh, smelling nice room I had expected.
