This place is amazing! When we booked I didn’t even realize there was a kitchen in the unit. We had a queen room with pullout bed and it was great! The staff was nice to all of us! Free breakfast every day, and free dinner on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday! What a steal!! I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or anything but it does look nice when it’s warmer outside to swim! I booked even more days while we are waiting for our home to be ready to move in!
The doors are extremely loud and heavy, meaning if you’re a light sleeper you can hear everyone on your floor shutting their door lol other than that there’s nothing else. Would be nice to have a hot tub!

The breakfast should have had a variety on the meat and don't forget the breakfast potatoes. This location did not have the breakfast potatoes.

An earmark of $75 for "incidentals" nowhere mentioned before arriving at check-in desk. Not even in the fine print section of Booking, as other establishments do. Blamed it on Booking; doubt it. They did not complete transaction through booking or after checkout, until the end of 7-10 business days, which they say it is returned, in order to keep it hidden, I believe. Looks like an intentional practice to hide it, in my opinion. Refused to give me any paperwork, proof, invoice, for that additional $75, despite my request. Room cleaning is "light, by request"; more once a week, if I remember correctly. Expected suite to be a little bigger, although good size. Lower rating because of this intentionally, it seems, covert policy
