Apartamento Playa Valencia Beach

Beautiful decor, like a 5 star hotel, shops atms restaurants bars cafes, all right beside you, and a tram station that takes you to the old town a hundred yard from the door , beach to absolutely die for 2 minutes walk, an extremely safe area with a lovely vibe off everyone around, and Zara was amazing to deal with , great communication and great vibe, thanks Zara and Wendy, Gracias Xx

NOTHING.

IT DOESN’T HAVE A FULL FINISHED BATHROOM. When showing me the bathroom, Zara said her “tubes burst last week” and the plumber hasn’t come by to fix it yet. The bathroom did not have finished walls or floors! We have children and paid €600 to stay in this dump for less than two minutes. It’s a floor level apartment and it’s not on the beach. She opened the door and there were three open and leaking trash bags on the floor. The apartment looks NOTHING like the photos which have been heavily photoshopped, not nearly as clean or as spacious as depicted. When showing me the “bathroom,” Zara offered to cancel the booking if I wasn’t okay with it, and when I immediately agreed, she refused. She proceeded to threaten me and say there are no other rooms in town available and challenged me to check. I literally had to say “I don’t want to argue with you” and she had the audacity to reply “Good luck, Booking.com won’t give you your money back.” This remark showed me Zara knows what she’s doing and has no qualms with taking advantage of people and Booking.com’s lax quality control policies. I contacted Booking.com which said that since it’s a non-refundable booking they can’t issue a refund, despite the fact that her listing is misleading and she didn’t provide the services offered (a finished, functional bathroom). I went back and read the property’s reviews after this experience and these are known issues that she chooses not to fix and many have complained about the shower and bathroom, specifically, and the misleading photos, generally. Take the time to read them and please don’t let what happened to our family happen to yours. Please book elsewhere.

Great location, near the beach. Spacious apartment with AC in every room. Clean and equipped with all necessities for a short stay. Overall, we loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful Valencia!

Only one shower is not enough for big groups. The towels could be replaced with newer ones. The coffee maker was not working.

The whole apartment is great. Just 3min walk from the beach. The host is amazing. Really recommend it.

Wir mussten eine Kaution von 300€ hinterlegen und um eine Bestätigung dafür bitten als Beweis, dass wir das Geld gegeben haben. Es gab Kakerlaken in der Wohnung (sogar im Gläserschrank) und Haare in einem der Betten und auf einem Nachttisch. Kein Wasser im Kühlschrank wie in vielen anderen günstigeren Unterkünften in Valencia.

La ubicacion cerca de la playa. No obstante el barrio está hecho una cerdada...escombros y basura por las calles...olor a orín etc. Si es cierto q tienes bares..pizzerias y super a pocos minutos a pie. Pero la ubicacion de las fotos deja bastante que desear. En sí las reseñas..fotos y en general el piso, dista de lo q se vende. No tiene jardin. Es un patio interior sin acceso. El piso bastante sucio. Un baño en obras con escape de agua. Hormigas en la casa. Comida y productos restantes de otros huéspedes ( mayonesa abierta. Mantequilla. Azucar con hormigas etc).

Zara el dia antes de hospedarnos nos dice q el cheking es imposible a partir de las 20.00h a pesar de haber indicado el dia de la reserva q mi tren llegaba 20.30h. Por lo q indistió en snular ls reserva sin cancelacion gratuita. Me lo dice a mrnos de 24h de mi llegada. Despues accede pero me dice q un bsño está en obras, q justo la semana ha reventado una tuberia... y q si quiere me snula la reserva. A toda costa quiere anular. Llegamos por fin... y vemos el baño empspelado din azulejod..din inodoro..din lavabo ( eramos 2 familiss con 3 niños) Me pide 300€ de fianza q no consta en ninguna parte. El piso suvio. Polvo. Sin barrer. Hormigas en cocina y habitaciones. A la salida lo primero q pregunta es por una manta... da 3 vueltas al piso.. desconfiada... Cuando ella deberia de haber bajado el precio o no alquilarlo en esas condiciones. En booking no ponia nada de la averia. A posterior sube una foto. Estando alli...se inunda baño por una tuberia.. le parece mal y insiste en q habremos hecho algo. Manda a un " fonanero" q le cobra por horas ( dice) y no tiene ni llaves. Podria seguir.....
