Amazing apartment with complete privacy on the lower level of a beautiful gated enclosed country estate home outside Minturno. Well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, range, washing machine. Drying rack outside. Access to side garden and outdoor table. A very peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Bellissimo e curato il giardino, dotato di sdraio e lettini e la possibilità di pranzare fuori. Bellissima accoglienza con acqua e frutta in frigorifero, olio evo sale grosso, fino e zucchero in dispensa. Appartamento dotato di ogni elettrodomestico e confort, completamente arredato e nuovo. Proprietari molto cortesi e disponibili in ogni evenienza, molto discreti e per nulla invadenti anche se abitano al piano superiore.
