Fantastic location in Belle Plagne with lovely condition inside the apartment.
Views from windows and balcony of the pistes, Bellcote, and Belle Plagne.
Well stocked kitchen with fairly new appliances.
Separate toilet to the bathroom was very handy.
Lift was directly opposite the apartment which was handy for some as is located on 4th floor.
TV included several UK channels including news, CBeebies, and general ones which was a bonus for English guests.
The shower potentially could have benefitted from a shower curtain. Bathroom was clean and great to have a bath as well as a showerhead located in one side of the bath. However with no curtain to cover the entire bath you had to be a little careful when showering.
Main downside when I stayed for a few weeks in January 2026 was the price I paid seem to be about double the maximum guide price for a unit noted in the hotel reception on the wall with all the official documentation.

L’emplacement , et la dame de ménage est très gentille, aux petits soins.

L emplacement, le confort et bien équipé. L accueil était chaleureux et les commerces proches.
À notre arrivée nous avons cherché la bonne résidence, mal défini sur le site.

The location is close enough to the shops and the ski slopes.
It is fine as a place to rest but very basic.
The check in process was delayed to nearly 6pm with no offer of a time we would be able to get a room (check in was from 5pm).
Under the bed in the master bedroom was quite dirty.
You have to make your own bed up on arrival and strip it on departure.
The walls are very thin so you can hear every noise from the floor above.
Pillows are very uncomfortable and thin.
One roll of toilet paper supplied for a week.
Kitchen equipment was oddly stored in the TV cabinet.
Enquiries in advance were responded to slowly or not at all.
The ski lockers are not heated and very dirty.
