Appartamento grande e bello. Molto pulito. Posizione in una zona periferica e lontana dal centro. Purtroppo ho avuto molti problemi con i messaggi automatici del self check-in dove era inserita una posizione sbagliata con un indirizzo errato dell’appartamento che mi ha fatto perdere molto tempo, e informazioni errate sulla city tax da pagare per cui alla fine ho lasciato 1.000 fiorini, quando poi invece mi è stato detto che non avrei dovuto pagarla. Apprezzabile comunque la buona volontà dello staff nel cercare di risolvere i problemi. Per la prossima volta consiglio di rileggere bene i messaggi automatici prima di inviarli ai clienti.
