Stayed for 2 nights. Pros
1. Good pool
2. Decent rooms
3. Good breakfast.
4. Not a 5 star but one of the best around.
5. Beds were comfy.
cons
1. Property is bit tired. No USB ports only normal adaptors to charge.
2. Cleaning can be a bit better to claim a 5 star staus but not bad
3. Robes provided were torn and have few holes here and there.
4. No free water provided in a 5 star accommodation. In other places they do.
5. Definitely being a member is a plus and comes with special perks.

We loved everything about the resort staff were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed both restaurants we had breakfast there too the breakfast buffet was full of everything you can think of course. We highly recommend staying here we plan on coming back again for sure.

Room is clean & cosy. Hotel is clean mostly. Some areas like staircases toward the swimming pools, sauna & steam room can be improved/ cleaned better. Breakfast quality & options are above average. The sauna & spa & steam room can be crowded sometimes especially school holidays with screaming kids. Service at Riddle’s Green restaurant can be improved especially foods waiting times & how the Restaurant Manager handles the situation of peak hours. I won’t go back to this resort anymore. I prefer RAVC Cape Shanck & Torquay.
