Great Stay. A little hard to find info on when the OneSpa (massages) is open so ending up missing out, but just for the record it is closed on Sunday and Monday

Room is clean & cosy. Hotel is clean mostly. Some areas like staircases toward the swimming pools, sauna & steam room can be improved/ cleaned better. Breakfast quality & options are above average. The sauna & spa & steam room can be crowded sometimes especially school holidays with screaming kids. Service at Riddle’s Green restaurant can be improved especially foods waiting times & how the Restaurant Manager handles the situation of peak hours. I won’t go back to this resort anymore. I prefer RAVC Cape Shanck & Torquay.
