Location was brill and couldn’t fault the place
No parking but got parked up on Chubb hill. Tv was a bit poor kept dropping out with internet

key safe not very clear as to which property it was for ,,, different apartments use same entry door
settees not very comfy but ok for a short stay ,

We come to Whitby 5/6 times a year - we love it.
Location was great and we could take our dogs
Found a few cups, glasses and dog bowls not cleaned properly (and pans on the shelf but wasn't using those)
Floor area round the kitchen was very sticky
Blankets in the mirrored cupboard all screw up and just shoved in and smelt like wet dog
The shower wasn't great - not very warm at all
Also never stayed at an apartment were you have to strip you own bedding (been to approx 20 in last 5 years), thought that's what you pay a cleaning fee for!!
