About this house rental
This nice secluded home is on a wooded lot located across from Boyne Mountain Resort in Boyne Falls and only 6 miles from downtown Boyne City. Very comfortable home with three bedrooms and a loft and 2 full bathrooms. There are fabulous restaurants in the area but if you prefer to eat in the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for preparing meals.
Close to Walloon, Petoskey, Gaylord and Charlevoix. Great for skiiers, snowmobilers, family vacation, friends, couples or anyone who wants to enjoy the events and festivals in the area. Perfect spot to enjoy the fall colors of northern Michigan. Beautiful Lake Charleviox is only 12 minutes away. Deer Lake is 6 minutes away and has a beach area and kayak rentals. This area has fantastic bike trails and a 6.5 mile bike trail from Boyne Mountain to Boyne City. Avalanche Mountain has great mountain biking trails, disc golf and hiking with beautiful scenic views at the top. In addition to skiing Boyne resort offers golf, tennis, Avalanche Bay water park, zip lining and a day spa. Take a chair lift ride to the top and enjoy the views.

Home was as advertised and was in good condition. Wish it had air conditioning but would be a great place in winter for skiing at boyne.

Really pretty view, we enjoyed the deck and had everything we needed. It does get warm without AC but the fans keep it nice and breezy. We stayed with my parents, my 2 year old and my husband and we all had more than enough space. Thank you Helena!
