About this house rental

Point Ann Place is a whole house rental. The owner does not live on site. Please Note: The price listed on page is a base price per night for 1-2 guests. There is an additional per person/per night fee for each guest beyond 2. Point Ann Place is an historic home in McGregor, IA located six blocks from the Mississippi River. There is a full kitchen and dining seating for up to twelve. The main floor has an accessible bedroom and bath with five additional bedrooms on the second floor. The lower level offers a game/TV room.

This was a perfect location for our annual sisters reunion. We loved the property, especially the quiet and peaceful yard and garden. The house had one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever found amd we appreciated the welcome surprise! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The area has a lot to offer… Pike Peak State Park and Effigy Mounds National Monument were must sees. The house itself was so fun to explore with all the antique furnishings and memorabilia. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a unique vrbo!
