About this house rental
Welcome to our home in Cody, Wyoming. This 3 bedroom 2 bath end-unit townhouse has been completely updated with new bedding and furnishings. This home is well equipped for a large family, 2 families with children or 2-3 couples. We have a port-a-crib available for the tiny one. It is just minutes from downtown Cody and Shoshone River access. The main floor features two bedrooms - one with a king bed and 32" Roku Smart TV, and the other with a queen. The basement provides a separate large recreation room with a large sectional couch, a 43" Roku Smart TV, and a large third bedroom with 4 twin beds. The kitchen is well-equipped with new dishes and wares for your cooking needs. The dining table seats six, with additional casual dining nearby at the coffee table in the living room. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the back patio while enjoying the mountain views. The Shoshone Riverway Trail Access starts just outside the rear yard gate. Here, you can enjoy picnicking, fishing, hiking, biking, walking, rafting, paddle boarding, and birding. There is one onsite parking spot in the driveway, with several additional parking spots next door in the cul-de-sac (a single-bay garage can also be rented upon request for an additional fee). This property is owner-managed by a local family. We are available to answer your questions, give recommendations, and meet any special needs that might arise.

We were only in Cody for 2 days, and this property provided the proper lodging for our party of 6. It is tucked away only minutes from downtown. It is half of a duplex, so parking can get crowded if there is more than 1 vehicle to your party.Check in was easy, and check out was even easier. The hosts did not require extensive cleaning and prep for check out as encountered at other properties. "You are on vacation" on the check out sheet was a nice reminder.

It was a quick and enjoyable stay in Cody for us on our way to the next stop. Easy check in / out We really appreciated the hospitality and extras included. The property was perfect for our group.
