This listing is for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in Grant Park. This room is the only bedroom downstairs, housing a queen bed and connected to private shower and off the room porch! I provide toiletries, towels and fresh linens for the bed.
Walking distance to Zoo Atlanta, Atlanta Dairies, Grindhouse Burgers. Minutes to Six Flags, Airport, Downtown Atlanta, CNN Center, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium. Walk/Uber/Street parking.
Although no one else will be in the home with you, this booking is ONLY for the usage of the downstairs queen bedroom/bathroom and kitchen area. If you use the upstairs bedrooms or bathrooms you will incur an additional charge.

The home was amazingly clean and comfortable. The owner communicated detailed info, which made check-in/out an easy process.
Eateries & groceries were within 10mins away.

When you first see the neighborhood you think it's in a bad part of town, but inside is a different story. It is very nice top to bottom and apparently it was recently renovated.
Pros
Lots of dishes, silverware, utensils, nicely decorated
Cons
No rugs so my wife slipped getting out of the shower on the slippery floor and almost fell. We had to use 1 of the only 2 towels we were given to use to place on the floor as a rug. There are also no tables near the couch to place a phone, drink, etc. I personally don't like using left over shampoo, conditioner, etc....so I bought my own. Nothing to use for washing dishes. The alarm system light never turns off so it's a little bright all night and it had errors that woke us up around 3am. We told the manager, but got no response. No smoke detectors as advertised that are working.
The apartment was easy to check in and go out. I think this place has a lot of potential and so do the hosts. I can see why it's high rated.
