About this house rental
"Mariposa" is a spacious and tastefully furnished house in the center of the urbanization Riumar. On about 120m² there are three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and two bathrooms spread. Up to 6 people can thus spend an extraordinary, relaxing family holiday Downstairs is the cozy living room with fireplace and air conditioning.
Subsequent kitchen is fully equipped. Furthermore you finen on this floor two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds. The second is furnished with a double bed. Infants can be easily accommodated in a Reisebetthen. The living room leads to the covered terrace. This provides even in bright sunshine a shady places for the family.
From the terrace you have a direct view and access to its own private pool and the garden with its typical plants and palm trees. The pool area is surrounded by a large lawn, where children can play to their hearts content and can play. Upstairs another bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. Additionally you will find a walk-in closet, another bathroom and a spacious terrace - with a fantastic view of Riumar. On the enclosed property you have next to the garage, which is available for the guests, additional covered storage for two cars. A barbecue and an outdoor shower round out the picture. The guarded beach of Riumar can be reached on foot in about five minutes.

Fully equipped small inventory, fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. All television and radio programs they received through a satellite system. The house is equipped with 3 air conditioners (costs per plant 35 €), which provides in the summer for pleasant room temperatures and is used for heating in winter. Großzügiges Haus mit tollen Garten und Pool.
Der obere Stockwerk ist wirklich toll mit eigenem Schlafzimmer, Bad, begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Balkon.
Super ist auch die große Garage für Urlaubsgäste zb mit Boot einfach mega.
Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen.

Mucha amplitud, tranquilidad y próximo a la playa. La zona de jardín está fenomenal, con una piscina muy grande y bien cuidada. La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones estupendas.
Sería bueno que pusieran ventiladores en el porche, porque por la noche hay muchos mosquitos y no se puede disfrutar del esterior como debería

Pero ya han pasado 15 dias y todavia estoy esperando el pago del depósito. Propietario y homeaway se echan las culpas mutuamente.
