Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett und hilfsbereit, die Poolanlage ist wirklich schön und die Lage ist auch super !

Beim Bad hätte man eventuell etwas genauer putzen können , aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau :)

⭐ Exceptional 9-night stay – perfect for a relaxing family holiday!⭐ We spent 9 nights at SunBorn Hotel in August 2026 (2 adults and 2 children), and it was a truly fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly, warm, and helpful. Our room was wonderfully spacious with very comfortable beds. A huge plus was the large TV equipped with Android TV—it made logging into our personal profiles seamless, and having our own Polish Netflix account working perfectly was a great bonus for the kids in the evenings! 🥳 The amenities were top-notch. The pools were fantastic and sparkling clean. The pool area was delightfully uncrowded during the week, offering a peaceful atmosphere. Unlike beachfront hotels where passersby on the promenade constantly peek into the pool area, SunBorn offered true privacy and genuine relaxation. When it comes to dining, don't miss the restaurant—their crispy pizza is absolutely delicious, and the fresh-squeezed juices were a daily highlight! A tiny suggestion for improvement: Since the room is so generously sized, adding a chest of drawers/dresser with drawers for clothes would be a great addition, as there is definitely plenty of space for it! Якість сервісу, прибирання, увага до гостей - це все було чудово. Басейни чисті (працювали два великі басейни). Сніданки в принципі нормальні (основа - це яйця різних видів приготування, овочі, пластівці, хліб з можливістю приготування тостів, масло, джем, пончики/бурек). З напоїв - сік, молоко, окропу для приготування чаю (пропонують місцеві ягідні або трав'яні чаї). Особливо порадували компліменти від готелю! Гарний інтернет на спільній території, але дуже погано ловить в номері, постійно відключається (але в описі готелю вказано, що є доступ до wi-fi саме у спільних зонах, тому недоліком назвати це не можна).

Нам з донькою матраци на ліжках були дуже незручні. Але під час нашого перебування я бачила, як завозили нові двоспальні матраци). Ми отримали номер з видом на... будівництво. Я розумію, що це зараз типово для країни, але все ж...
