Fully Serviced Apartment at Regatta Living II - 907

I like the location the fact that I had a little place that serve food. I liked the ability to buy water drinks other things as you entered or stayed in the property. The rooms were comfortable. The place was quite clean. all three TVs were difficult/impossible to understand how it operated. I would recommend a sheet to explain to the guests how to work the different remotes. As a full service department, I would also suggest putting a jug of water in the refrigerator for guests when they arrive. Also, it was a huge surprise to look out the living room window to see what looked like a recent bombing./Construction the service at the front desk is mixed. Food service was very, very slow. Your staff was kind and respectful.

As a business owner myself, I would suggest moving the cashier payment station in the front rather than the back by the refrigerator. Very awkward to move towards the back to pay when you’re always at the front desk.
