Each additional guest after one, any age $30.00 per person using facilities day or night. We take SOME Pets they are also $30.00 per night or day, per pet, + tax. (If you insert the correct number of guests, you will get an accurate quote). Fun and entertainment in every direction in this property.
To be clear this listing is for BOTH SIDES of a Twinhome. You will be renting the whole property. Each unit can sleep up to 8 people, 16 TOTAL. There is a minimum group size of 6 to rent this property.
Boats are available for rent from our 3rd party vendor, who gives our clients their best prices after you book your stay with us.
Property consists of 4 King Bedrooms, 4 Baths, 2 Kitchens Private pool and private back yard. We also have 2 Queen Sleeper sofas and 4 Twin Floor Mattresses.
Unfortunately, we are left with no choice by our insurance carriers to have cameras in the pool area for yours and our protection. The goal of using cameras is to not monitor your comings and going but to catch theft, stop a potential party, and identify suspicious or unauthorized activity.

We stayed with our grown kids, their spouses and 2 grandkids under the age of 2 and it was perfect! The separate units worked out nicely for our family. Each couple had their own bathroom and having 2 kitchens was nice.
We spent most of our time around the pool or at the canal. We barbecued and had dinners outside. The lanai was a great place for the 8 of us to play games in the evening.
This property is as described, clean and In a very nice area, close to shops and restaurants.
The neighbor is nice.. it’s a happy, friendly area. We would stay here again!

Rented both sides of the duplex with extended family - large group with all ages included. Great location. Great flex space including screened in pool. Not new but well maintained. Everyone definitely enjoyed their stay.
