Wifi internet connection. Shower room with WC. Mezzanine: 1 double bed (140 cm) (+ 1 single bed on the mezzanine as an extra for a child under 13 years old). Electric heating. Fan. Unfenced grounds. Covered terrace of 10.5 m2. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Deckchairs. Electricity included (including heating). No household linen, towels or sheets are provided. End-of-stay cleaning €50. If you do not take the €50 cleaning option, a €50 deposit will be requested upon arrival. Rental only from Saturday to Saturday. Property located in the Vézère Valley, listed by UNESCO. Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, the capital of prehistory, is 3.5 km away, Montignac and the Lascaux International Center for Cave Art are 18 km away, and Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage, is 20 km away. You will also be close to many tourist attractions in the Dordogne Valley (castles, fortified towns, villages, gardens). Treat yourself to a canoe or barge trip.
