This beautiful 4BR/3.5 BA home is located at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood and is under a mile and walking distance to Canton Street/Historic Roswell. The home sleeps 8 with 4 Bedrooms, 3 baths and four new incredibly comfortable beds. The home has an open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, updated kitchen/bathrooms, game room, new smart TV’s, and fenced backyard.
• After you've checked in and unpacked, you can enter the main floor through the front door, from the carport side door or from the deck in the back of the house.
• The open floor plan consists of the kitchen, living room and dining room.
• The kitchen island has seating for six and the dining room table has seating for eight
• Relax in the living room watching your favorite streaming service on the 55” LG Smart TV. Just bring your streaming application log-in information.
• The Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath, and make-up/dressing table.
• The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bathroom in the hallway.
• Enjoy the backyard from the deck which has a grill and table with seating for four.
• You'll have a very nice view of the big fenced in yard which works great for pet parents traveling with their furry friends. Note: Two pets maximum and $150 one-time pet fee.
• Make your way downstairs to the fourth bedroom, 3rd full bath and laundry room
• Have fun in the basement game room, which has board games, playing cards, new pong table and another 55” LG Smart TV.
• There is plenty of parking in the carport, driveway and on the street.
• You have two ways to get to town. Walk or drive to Roswell via Valley Drive and Alpharetta Highway or via Valley Drive, Strickland, Prospect and Woodstock to Canton.

The place was great! The house is nice and spacious, which is perfect for our group of six. Everything was nice and clean. And there was quick communication with the host when needed.

The house had everything we could have possibly wanted or needed and was convenient to everything. We had plenty of room, the host was quick to respond, and we had a very quiet and comfortable stay. We would definitely look to stay at this property again.

My wife and I stayed here with three of our adult children and their spouses while attending the wedding of our fourth child who lives in Roswell (walking distance from this house). The location is geat- walking distance to many Roswell attractions, and on a very private and quiet street. The accomodations met our needs very well. The home is exactly as shown in the pictures. The connected spaces on the first floor provided ample space for all eight of us - plus my son whenever he stopped by - to be in the same space for conversations, games, etc. The home was very clean and well kept, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. Hosts were great. I had a technical issue with VRBO communications due to a change in email address between booking and arriving, but I got a very quick response from Mike to enable our check-in. I would highly recommend this house, and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely perfect location. Walking distance to so many things and quiet neighborhood. House is great for family gatherings! We want to come back!
