PGA Apartment Clean, Relaxing - GOLF/METS

Lovely condo in a great location near restaurants and shopping. Very quiet community, comfortable bed. Only downside was no beach chairs or beach towels which is difficult if you fly in. Other than that I would certainly stay here again!!

Very nice unit however needs a bit of attention, transition molding in kitchen is held on by duct tape, slats missing on slider vertical blinds not a lot of work but takes away from the unit. One other note I like to walk barefoot and first might got in shower and black was running out from under my feet so I don’t think the floors were very clean although they didn’t look dirty, generally a good experience !

Host was very responsive and stay was comfortable.

Good location. It was nice having the screened-in porch. It's on the first floor so easy for getting into the villa. The glass coffee table was visibly dirty but everything else was clean. I had to reach out to the host to find out check -in info and questions. The laminate flooring had a big crack and the transition piece was taped down with duct tape. The flooring needs to be updated but that was just cosmetic. I guess the playground was across the road in the other section of villas because we could not find it when we walked around the complex in this villa's housing area. I never got an answer back when I asked the host where it was. I asked another person who was outside but they didnt know as i guess they were short-term renters also. The pool is very close though! Overall, a nice place to stay, just could use some updating the floors and a bit better cleaning.
