We really enjoyed our stay in the apartman. It was indeed super clean and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, the private garden/terrace very nice. 🥰 Being on the ground floor and a bit dark had the advantage that we didn't need to use the aircondition, the temperature was great inside. 3 beaches are within walking distance. We preferred Koralj beach and the walk there via a pine tree forest, where we could also find a nice playground.
We had issues with the mosquitos in the garden, they "loved" us and it was difficult to keep them away. One should prepare with anti -mosquito protection cream, if sensitive to it.
