Chalet #5 is an open, spacious 4 bedroom cabin with a gorgeous view of Lake Innsbruck. This chalet is perfect for a family looking to be close to the lake and close to all of our fun amenities as our putt-putt course, indoor recreation center and more is just a short walk away. With a full kitchen, fireplace, Wi-Fi access, cable TV, and an outdoor grill, you will feel right at home. Upstairs in the closed loft you will find two full beds and downstairs you will find three rooms, two of which will offer king beds, and the other having a queen bed. Explore Pine Mountain with ease as we are conveniently located near Callaway Gardens, Wild Animal Safari, Butt’s Mill Farm and much, much more! Additional fees for dogs $50 a day for 2 dogs collected by resort separately.

As far as the cottage goes , it was good for our family. The problems are that this is an older house in the woods that the interior and exterior of the home needs updating. Exterior is peeling paint and rotten wood. This needs to be addressed right away before someone has an accident . The interior needs work but it’s minor. But what makes up for the chalet short comings is the staff. They were absolutely wonderful! From checking in to things to do around the area . My sister is a diabetic and when we checked out and returned home( 21/2 hr ride one way) she noticed she had lost her monitor. I called right away and talked to Jennifer to explain that she was sure she left it in one of the bedrooms. She said she would send it overnight as soon as she could . She went over to the chalet and personally looked for the monitor. This type of personal service is missing now, but Jennifer went to great lengths for us. Again thank you for everything the entire staff did for us! We will be back

This was a very nice surprise. Some of the reviews aren’t too kind but we gave it a chance and it was older, yes, but it couldn’t have been cleaner. Kitchen was stocked with enough items to cook several meals. Checkin was easy, staff was friendly. Checkout was easy. Perfect spot when visiting Callaway and the Safari. I’ll be returning. No complaints here.

The house is small for a 4 bedroom, and you can hear every move upstairs if you're sleeping downstairs. The front porch has a wonderful view of the lake. The house is run down though. Most things in the house are the cheapest option or pretty old. The master bedroom has been updated. The floor in the downstairs bathroom is coming up, hair dryer only blows cold air, bring your own pans if you'd like to cook...they have some, but they are in bad shape. Not enough cups so bring some. Carpets stained...bring flip flops. The kids enjoyed running around the complex... lots of family time and families enjoying each other's company.
