However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. We stay every year in Port St Joe and this is rental was hands down the best. Perfect for a large family, location is great close to Indian pass raw bar where we had great food and very short walk to the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked!

I booked this for a week long trip in July 2023. Our group include my wife, our five kids, and my two in-laws. We were looking for something a little slower and less busy than Destin/PCB and this place was just our speed. Plenty of room to ourselves on the beach. There beach was easily accessible via the private boardwalk. Hard to find anything to complain about with this place or our trip in general. I hope we get a chance to come back to this house. I’m grateful to the owners for sharing it with our family. It was our best beach trip to date!

The pictures posted don’t do the house and ours location justice! It’s a beautiful, modern home that’s right on the beach. The only let down was the Florida weather while we were there. We’ll definitely be booking again soon.

I had to call the office twice for garbage pick up. Only got picked up one time after I called the office. It was stinking and a mess! We had two vehicles leave with nails in the tires. These had to be taken to the shop to be fixed.
