About this villa rental
Exceptional location for this magnificent villa with quiet garden, brand new, 500 meters from the central beach of Capbreton! It is surrounded by a garden and has a 6X3 heated swimming pool, secured by a removable cover (depth 1.35 m). The cycle path is located near the villa and leads you directly to the beach or to the town center of Capbreton where you will find all the shops, restaurants and the market 500 m away! Possibility to park a vehicle within the property, spaces available and free of charge in the street. Air conditioning, Wifi.
The "villa Capbreizh" has an area of 210 m2 on a plot of 800 m2. It was completely renovated and decorated with care in 2021.
It has two large terraces (one covered, the other uncovered) where you can have your meals and is composed as follows:
Top:
- a comfortable and bright living room with a dining table, TV, wifi, fireplace.
- an equipped American kitchen (fridges, oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker + filter, kettle, toaster, etc.).
- a master suite with double bed 160 bedside tables, window, large storage cupboards. Shower.
- Two bedrooms double bed 140 with bedside tables, windows, storage cupboards.
- A bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.
Bottom:
- An ideal dormitory for children!! It consists of 2 bunk beds each with a real 90X 190 drawer bed, sofa area, TV with direct access to the pool through the bay window of the room!
- A bedroom with double bed 140 with bedside tables, window, storage space.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- A separate toilet.
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer.
- A garage for bikes, boards etc!
- Garden furniture, sunbeds (5 deckchairs and 4 deckchairs), barbecue, outdoor shower.
The entire villa is dedicated to the traveler except for a closed wardrobe.
All linen is provided.
The cleaning fee is €300.
We ask you to respect the villa and the neighborhood.
The heated swimming pool is 1.35 m deep throughout and secured by a removable cover. Outdoor shower.
The swimming pool is heated:
Heating at 26°C from 15 June to 15 September.
Heating between 22 and 24°C (depending on outside temperatures) from 15 May to 14 June and from 16 September to 15 October.
Outside these periods, the pool can only be heated in the event of exceptionally mild outdoor temperatures.
It is wintered from November 15 to April 15.
Free parking on the street +1 space within the property.

Superbe villa, tres bien renovee, toute neuve et fonctionelle.
L'emplacement est parfait pas loin des plges, d'hossegor centre et de Cap breton. Nous avons passe un excellent sejour. L'accueil a ete tres chaleureux et les procedures entree et sortie tres simples. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
