In the heart of Chianti, immersed in a unique landscape, stands the old farmhouse, surrounded by hills of cypresses, vineyards and olive trees. The ideal place to savour the originality of the past.

The historic holiday home dates back to the 17th century and is located in the hills of the village of Lamole, between Florence (40 km) and Siena (40 km).
In keeping with Tuscan tradition, the owners have carefully restored the stone house. The owner, a respected architect, set himself the goal of rebuilding the house using the original building materials and preserving the existing structure as much as possible; his wife then took care of the atmosphere and the choice of furnishings. This interaction resulted in an extraordinary building with an elegant and cosy atmosphere that reflects architecture and taste.
What catches the eye is the transverse beam on the first floor of the living room, which runs through the spacious and beautiful living room. From the windows on the upper floor, one can enjoy a splendid view of the famous Chianti landscape, depicted in all illustrated books as the Tuscan landscape.
The three bedrooms on the ground floor are carefully furnished with warm colours, elegant furniture and decorations.
The two large terraces of the house are covered with original terracotta tiles and are equipped with tables, chairs and a barbecue. Additional appliances, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, video recorder and radio, provide additional comfort. The owners deliberately decided to dispense with the swimming pool in order to do justice to the house's charm and its agricultural tradition, dating back to the days when wine was still produced here.
The village of Lamole is only 1 km away (grocery shop and restaurant), Greve in Chianti is about 8 km away. Thanks to its central location in Chianti, the house is an ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of the Chianti region and also the art cities of Tuscany, in particular San Gimignano (50 km) and Volterra (65 km).
