Top Notch | Fantastic | Budget | Camping Stay
Top notch tent with 2 rooms. 4 people can easy sleep in. We stayed in Gusto Camp for 3 nights and loved the experience of Cisano Camp. The place is huge and it offers different types of tents, villas, bungalows and even parking space for caravans. I was very happy with the service since we checked in about 22:00 o clock and the staff helped me do the checkin. It is majorly self understood. The tent was nice. We had a comfortable stay and the place offers two restaurants. Good for going in a group or for a long stayover. Lake Garda region has too much to offer. So will definitely come and stay here again.

Rude lady at check in aside - overall enjoyable stay
Lake front location, staff in the restaurants (X 2) were so so nice. The kids entertainment was great in the evening, it saved us, we would never usually be into that kind of thing but once the kids are happy you are happy! The new pool is amazing for kids, although very busy. Location is great, between 2 towns with ferry access. Supermarket on site well stocked. Bike hire on site was excellent, we hired for the 4 days.
Lady at reception was so so rude on check in. We were struggling in the heat with kids (toddler & baby) & she was rolling her eyes & slamming our documents on the counter. She was so rude I ended up in tears after a very long journey there. They made it out that we had no booking, but the other staff member (who seemed kind) found it & said to me "do not worry, we have your booking". It really put a bad taste in our mouth for the entire holiday. That lady has no idea what other people are dealing with in their lives & it is her job to greet paying guests with a smile & some empathy. I'd be scoring an 8 without that encounter. Very busy site. Full of German visitors, so much so that staff spoke to us in German (I look German in fairness!). Not much room on the pitches. Very noisy. An action packed site as opposed to a peaceful site, so it depends on what you are after. Not our usual type of holiday but the kids enjoyed it so we embraced the madness & overall had a good time.
