I like everything
But I don't like check out time how the maid talk to customers to leave the room and i wanted only 15 mins for breakfast. I paid full on first day.but last day they have given some bad impression.and about if you finished your water amor toilet paper there is no staff to give you that.you go to one room and take it by yourself.Where is first impression with smile your last impression with honest smile with your customer.

Hotel is quirky and fun, has multi-level rooms, and is very affordable. Centrally located, near many shops and restaurants, with secure access to building, foyer, and room. Staff are not on site at all times, but will communicate promptly in excellent English via WhatsApp and are happy to answer any questions.

The location is unbeatable: almost next door to the famous Opera House and many more sights, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Explanations from the staff were excellent (short videos). The place is secure, a nice and compact place to stay. Wifi worked properly. Friendly and efficient staff.
At times, I heard some noise - wasn't sure if these were people staying at the hotel or elsewhere in the building.

Strange place. Good renovation , clear , nice disign,downtown
But beds!
It was the worst expirience for whole my life. We haven't slept . Next day I had so huge pain in my back that wasn't able to walk normally .
And you are not able to leave hotel peacfully - noone gives you yr money back for other nights. Room 18 , may be it is better in some other rooms but receptionist told us that there are the same matrasses in all rooms ( just old and horrible). Too thin pillows and covers really bad quality -cheapest
