The lofts are fully furnished, decorated, and equipped, featuring pleasant and comfortable spaces ideal for working from home, with areas offering ample natural ventilation and open views—truly inspiring.
Ventilation and sunlight—always essential for a good quality of life—have now become indispensable for maintaining good health and working without that feeling of confinement that is so harmful to people.
To this end, the Premium Lofts feature: 2 well-oriented balconies, one on each floor—one in the living room and the other in the master suite— as well as a massive 4.20-meter-wide window spanning both floors, located in the stairwell, and to top it off, a double-height ceiling at 7.20 meters; this creates a constant flow of fresh air that can be heated or cooled according to individual needs.
The building features a swimming pool, sun deck, and changing rooms; a sauna; a private gym; and a laundry room with three industrial-grade machines. Optional amenities include a multipurpose room with a patio and outdoor grill, as well as a garage with designated parking spaces—all of which can be rented separately.
A staff member is assigned to guest services, responsible for 24-hour reception and security, following health protocols, as well as maintenance and a housekeeper with a cleaning cart stocked with all necessary supplies. The rental covers all utility bills: property tax (ABL), building maintenance fees, security company fees, electricity, Wi-Fi, disinfection, laundry service for linens, and housekeeping. The rent includes all expenses without exception, similar to an apart-hotel.
The Premium Lofts range from 50 to 85 m² to accommodate individual needs, and the goal of the project is to make you feel right at home. The property regulations authorize the use of the space as an office or practice, provided the Internal Community Rules are followed.

This is a wonderful unit for a week long stay. Check in is easy, even when arriving on a holiday weekend (which I did) but if you are arriving from the United States be aware the key to the unit is not the usual affair. The keys have a slight bend to them and you need to make sure the correct side is inserted (the other side will turn but not open the door!). It takes a minute to figure it out but you'll get the hang of it (especially when your repeated attempts alert your neighbors LOL). A couple of other notes: if you want the hair dryer, coffee maker or iron alert the property manager in advance, they are not in the unit at arrival. If its a warm day the AC will struggle to keep up. To help, draw the curtain on the large window which will also give your bed privacy. For items like water, beer or snacks there are plenty of nearby 'kiosko" and if you want other grocery items there is a Coto on the other side of the park. More importantly, get out of the unit! It's a beautiful city to explore!

We had a great stay at this loft apartment in Buenos Aires. The location is very good—situated in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The building has 24-hour security, which added peace of mind, and amenities like the rooftop pool were a great bonus.The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Weekly cleaning service was a nice touch, with fresh towels and essentials replenished. The kitchen is on the smaller side but fully functional, and with both large and small grocery stores close by (plus a Saturday farmer's market in the park), it was easy to manage meals.Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped. Would definitely recommend!

Everything clean and ready to use. The attention was vey good and promptly. The apartment is a duplex, very well set in both levels. A bit noisy for my taste but it is a big city after all. Very satisfied.
