We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Annecy’s Old Town. Stepping out the front door on market days to the sights, sounds, and atmosphere of the markets was a real highlight, yet once inside the apartment it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is modest but comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited for exploring Annecy on foot.
The only downside was that there were no basic consumables provided. We needed to buy our own toilet paper, dishwashing sponge, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent, so it’s worth being aware of this before you arrive and either bring some with you or plan to pick them up locally. Overall, it’s a quiet, well-located apartment that offers great value if you want to be right in the centre of the Old Town.
