Lovely apartment a few meters from the beach

Tutto perfetto: a partire dal self check-in (molto utile per chi come noi é arrivato all'1 di notte). Molto apprezzata l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Cucina molto ben fornita con tutto il necessario per 6 persone. Proprietario molto disponibile nell'assistenza: durante il soggiorno é capitato che la lavatrice non funzionasse, il giorno successivo é intervenuto un idraulico per risolvere. Posizione ottima in quanto si é vicini alla spiaggia, al centro con bar e ristoranti e anche una buona zona per girare questa parte di isola. Vacanza super!

The appartement was big. Lots of space for 5 adults. Aircon in the bedrooms, and they worked very well. The hole apartment had a pleasent temp. Two kice balcony. Good WiFi. 4 mins walk to beach. Good communication with the rental company

Showers needed glass shower screens to stop water leaking onto floor, the current material ones don't work very well. Bowls and children's cutlery needed in kitchen (just a set of ikea plastic bowls and plates would do the job) adult bowls needed for cereal and pasta etc

The location of the property in Port de Pollença is fabulous- a great spot that has beaches, restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and comfortable - it well exceeded our expectations. It has all the basic facilities and is very clean. The access is easy and there is free parking on premises. The check-in and check-out experiences were impeccable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family vacation place, the apartment is a lot of value for money.
