All in all very disappointing indeed. We would therefore not recommend staying here.

€ 100,00 Damage Deposit – which is fine and understandable – although be prepared to wait several days – before this is finally refunded to you. We checked out on 31.05, only after several emails did we receive the deposit back on 10.06. They also insisted on the following additional costs: € 1,00 per Day “Garbage fee?” = € 2,00 (So what was the “Environmental fee” already paid / included?) € 4,00 per Person for sheets for the beds = € 16,00 (So what was the € 4,00 Bed linenS fee already paid / included?) € 5,00 per Person if you want the beds to be MADE !?! € 20,00 Yes – otherwise you HAVE to make them yourselves !!! The apartment was NOT clean on arrival and did not smell very nice at all. The windows were dirty and the outside furniture had not been cleaned in a while. There were sweet papers behind the curtain and we kept treading on / finding peanuts from previous guests on the floor. All of the floors really do need a good clean and a mop. The sofa / covers - in dire need of a clean – there were SO many marks on it that we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it – so we placed our 2 picnic blankets on it. The main bed and bedside cabinets really DO need replacing as they are totally worn. The pillows and duvets most definitely need a wash – they smelt SO bad that we actually chose to use our beach towels instead. Even though it says so in the description – there were NO free toiletries. Finally the apartment is located right next door to a very LOUD pub / bar, where the singing and shouting goes on until the early hours of the morning.

Short stay with friends!

Really modern apartment in a great location (10 minutes walk to the beach), easy check-in without dealing with the owners, and owners reply fast. Can fit 5 guests and has all the things you need (sometimes difficult to find)

Good to know before you book it, you have to pay ahead of time for dustbin (€1), garage (€15 per day even if you don’t use it the whole day), and bedsheets (€4). You will also get more information once you have booked it, but if you read all the reviews, most will share everything from the presentation. Unfortunately, the garage didn’t work, and we had to text him in order to find that out on the day itself. So we had to park in the city for €25 a day instead. Whilst dealing with receiving a refund for the garage, the owner wasn’t as friendly or polite (typing in all caps). You can also hear the guests in the corridors pretty clearly, so if you’re a light sleeper, watch out for this.

A VERY POOR HOST

Apartment was clean

We had arranged to check in early with host, when we arrived we were told that we couldn't and we needed to wait fir a further 4hrs to do so. We stayed for 3 nights 2 of them we had a power cut first night was for around 2hrs and the second night was all night which it was off for 12hrs we phoned and messaged host but had no contact or reply meaning we had to throw all contents of the fridge including fresh chicken and other goods at a cost of around €30 and also we couldn't cook or continue to have our family around which really spoilt our stay. I managed to make contact the next day face to face with host as they were cleaning the other apartments, when confronted all they had to say was they were disappointed also because of the cost of the build which was no concern of ours!! When I said we wasn't happy and I tried to explain about having spoilt our night and that we had to throw food ect out , The lady then turned her back on me whilst I was talking to her and walked of to which I felt it was very rude and she made very clear to me that she wasn't bothered about our problems and experience and the loss of the cost of food and precious time we had lost with our family.

Pal naast Café!!

Het recent zijn vn het appartement

Ik had voor het boeken de vele voorwaarden die deze verhuurder aansteld liever op voorhand geweten !(En het zijn er veel Heel streng!)en de waarborg die je moet betalen!(week op gewacht vr terug te krijgen!) Er waren voor mij veel ongemakken zoals nylon laken ! Geschonden toiletbril ,geen grote badhanddoeken alleen kleine handdoeken (die ik moest gaan zoeken ergens in de kast!),alles tegen betaling , geen douche gel of shampoo ,En de ligging had ik ook graag geweten (pal naast café en recht tegenover lagere school!) TV op italiaans ingesteld die ik niet kon veranderen enz . . .

Wir hatten einen grundsätzlich angenehmen Aufenthalt, allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Lage ist perfekt!

Am großen Bett löst sich das Leder am Kopfteil, und an der WC-Brille blättert die Farbe ab – beides sollte dringend erneuert werden. Außerdem fehlt eine Möglichkeit, Jacken aufzuhängen, was im Alltag unpraktisch ist.

L’emplacement est parfait. L’appartement est bien décoré et les meubles sont de qualités.

Je n’ai pas du tout aimé apprendre APRÈS ma réservation que je devais payer pour avoir des draps de lit (prix qui diffère s’il on est seul ou deux!) et encore pire, payer un supplément pour le placement de ces derniers. Je n’ai jamais vu de ma vie qu’on devait payer pour ce service. Payer presque 400€ pour deux nuits et oser me demander un supplément pour des draps de lits est tout simplement honteux! Sans oublier un supplément pour des draps de bain. Et pour terminer, vous devez payer 1€/jour pour les déchets. Le comble…

Locatie is prima op loopafstand van strand en stad, ideaal ! De garage was ook toppie! Leuke inrichting ! Grote tv en fijne bank!

De hygiëne : De douche en douchewand waren niet schoon. En de kindermatrassen zaten vol met vlekken ook als je de matras omdraaide. De topdeks waren echt smoezelig. De lakens vond ik wat kinderachtig voor pubers. Handdoeken waren veel te klein en te dun. En de bouwherrie op maandagochtend was niet te doen. De ramen zijn niet geïsoleerd. Tip: We misten jashaakjes, schoonmaakspullen, stofzuiger, sfeerverlichting Maar de inrichting en de rest was prima en modern

Séjour décevant dû à un manque de propreté, mobilier usé et dépôt de garantie contraignant

Logement spacieux, équipé de tout le nécessaire. Très fonctionnel et situé à proximité de la rue commerçante principale.

Les meubles de la chambre parentale, lit et tables de nuit, sont fortement usés et nécessitent un remplacement. La tête de lit en cuir est fissurée, ce qui donne une impression de saleté. La literie est également un peu vieillotte. Le fauteuil présente de nombreuses taches visibles, n'étant donc pas conforme aux photos qui montrent un logement impeccablement propre. De plus, le lave-vaisselle n'a pas été mis en marche ni vidé avant notre arrivée, ce qui a ajouté à l'impression générale de négligence. Après avoir effectué la réservation via Booking, un dépôt de garantie de 100 € doit être versé à la propriétaire avant d'accéder au logement. Cette caution a été difficile à récupérer rapidement, nécessitant plusieurs relances pour obtenir le remboursement. À ma grande surprise, une partie de cette caution a été déduite pour la literie, qui était pourtant indiquée comme incluse dans mon reçu Booking. En conclusion, les consignes pour ce logement ne sont pas claires et sont plutôt contraignantes.

Centraal gelegen, leuk voor een paar dagen Knokke

Appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Goeie afwerking en nieuw. Ligging tegenover een school was prettig en rustig in het weekend. Meerdere traiteurs in de nabije omgeving. Dichtbij winkelstraten. Betaald parkeren in directe omgeving.

1) Er was onduidelijkheid over bijkomende kosten en onpersoonlijk contact toen daar vragen over waren. Gastvrijheid ontbrak volledig en enkel bevelende instructies. 2) Contactgeluid van bovenliggend appartement. 3) De slaapkamer was zonder sfeer, geen nachtlampjes, geen uitzicht, koud en kil. 4) Slaapkamer 2 met stapelbed voor 3 personen in kleine ruimte. matras was niet schoon. Wij gebruikte deze ruimte niet.
