Our 1st clue should have been the very faded and awful oxidation appearance of the front door as well as the rusted front door light. When we entered, there was the most hideous smelling air freshner that was so overwhelming it gave us a headache. It was obvious they were attempting to cover up another odor which happened to be old, stale cigarette smoke (we found the plug-in air freshner and put it in a drawer). Was advertised as newly remodeled but certainly did not appear to be completed - lights were scarce, the refrigerator door needed to be changed to open correctly, was a tv in the bedroom but it didnt work and the outside ceiling fan/light was dreadful - It was all rusted with a bare light hanging cockied. We were planning a very relaxing weekend with a planned concert and shows but because of these accomodations, we were terribly disappointed and ready to just get back home. Host was very slow to respond and never responded to us on the last text we sent. Will not stay again...

Great place to stay! Great location! Close to all attractions but also is tucked away and quiet. Check in and communication was great. This was our first time staying somewhere and they didn’t expect us to do anything for check out as in cleaning since we pay a cleaning fee. Really appreciated that and enjoyed our stay so much! We will be back!

The room was very clean upon arrival. New appliances, more updated than the pictures in the listing. We had an amazing stay here. Perfect for a couple! We were able to cook meals, the room had plenty of dishes and cookware for meals we made. Would definitely stay again!

Had everything we needed and very comfortable beds and big closet to put suitcases etc and lots of drawer space for your belongings, the condo was better the home in a very quiet area and a very short drive to the stip and all things you may want to do and shows. I would give it 100 stars if I could!!

This little condo was perfect. My husband and I were looking for a little getaway out-of-the-way and this met everything we needed. We were even able to check in an hour and a half early.

We were very comfortable in the unit we stayed in. We appreciated how clean everything was. The only negatives were the steps and location. Even though there were only 4 steps, it was very difficult for us to manage them as we are both somewhat handicapped. The location is a little "off the beaten path". If it weren't for the steps we would definitely come back again! Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a great stay. There was a few things that we noticed that needs to be looked.at. It is a little tricky locking the door, it needs to be adjusted. The inside thermostat really needs to be replaced it is hard to adjust the temperature. Just for older people or people who has issues with stairs there are 3 stairs to get into the condo and there are no rails to help you walk up. Theses things are just little and would just help we really did enjoy the stay.

To start. The front door was rusty and oxidized. Evidently there had been a flood at some point the kitchen/living room floor was ruined, as laminate floor will do when it gets wet, raised edges, gaps in flooring. Might replace the broken light cover in the kitchen and replace the burnt out bulbs over the jack and jill sink. and while your at it replace the rusted ceiling fan on the patio (hideous) The bed was great, plenty of hot water, dishwasher in spite of being old was a BEAST at cleaning dishes, heat and air was good. For the price, I'm satisfied even though the listing advertised condo as "newly remodeled" Last but not least... reverse the door on the cotton picken refrigerator; it's not that hard.

The property was as represented on ground floor; however, there are four steep concrete steps without a railing from parking lot to the front door. Therefore, anyone using a wheelchair or a walker, will not be able to gain entry. Surprised the Branson City Code does not require a railing. This condo is definitely unsuitable for those who have trouble walking.

This is a good place to stay especially for the price. The bed is a little on the firm side for my liking and the foldout couch is, well, a foldout couch. There was a monsoon the week that we were there and there was a little bit of flooding but the owner was quick to respond and gave us a refund for one of the days.

This was our second stay in Jorge’s condo. We had no problem with the condo itself. However, we were disappointed in how our communication with Jorge by text went. We notified him of damage to a table, the lack of a parking pass and the lack of a Roku remote for the bedroom TV. He said he was aware of these things and apologized for any inconvenience. We felt if he knew about these things prior to our arrival, he should have replaced the parking pass and remote so we weren’t inconvenienced. He got back to us quickly, but we weren’t happy with the response☹️
