This was 10-15 minutes from everywhere we needed to go in Columbus, very clean and plenty of room for our group with everything you could need included in stay - along with a very generous gift basket of snacks and fresh fruit. The property is beautiful and very well-maintained. The property owner was super responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions. The location is great (@15 minutes from anywhere that we wanted to be during our stay.) We look forward to hopefully staying here again for a future visit to Columbus!

We felt right at home here. It was exceptionally clean and had everything to prepare a quick meal. All of the little details were much appreciated. The coffee bar was so cute! The host left a huge basket of goodies for us with fruit and snacks. It was beyond thoughtful! We had 3 couples to go to the OSU game early Sat morning. It was a quick 7 minute ride to the stadium.The host even greeted us when we arrived. I’d highly recommend it and would enjoy staying here again to visit my daughter.

This property was located conveniently (15-20min from OSU). Not really in a neighborhood, across from airport( but minimal noise from planes). Hostess was very pleasant, easy to work with and had obviously thought of many nice details to enhance our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked and the beds very comfortable. The living room great for visiting. Didn’t use the outdoor area due to weather but nice setup. Thanks for an enjoyable weekend stay.

I trusted choosing this home from the great reviews ! 4 adults and 2 children shared this lovely home. Better than pictured. Attractive comfy bedrooms and shared areas, very clean with variety of rooms to enjoy, thoughtful touches thru out,and the BEST stocked kitchen to prep food for a birthday party. We all were astounded at fruit and snack basket from our host,(kids loved fun snacks) along with food in fridge for breakfast and even a thoughtful birthday gift for grandson. All the guests at birthday party were so touched by this kind gesture! Everyone agreed best VRBO experience ever! Close to Gahanna/Columbus area. Don't be deterred by closeness to airport.It was very quiet and we didn't notice air traffic or truck noise.Renatha really understands how to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. We had a wonderful time at "A Little Country in the City". The home was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was well stocked. When we arrived, there was a basket in the kitchen filled with fruit and snacks. It was so kind and thoughtful! The refrigerator also contained some necessities and snacks. We did not get to enjoy the backyard because it was a bit chilly, but it is well maintained and ready for use. The weekend was fun and relaxing. Thank you, Renatha!

I am so grateful for the hospitality shown to my family during our stay in Columbus. We came from different ends of the country to attend funeral services for a beloved family member who died suddenly. It was a very difficult time for all of us since many traveled from afar at considerable cost. The location was ideal, being in close proximity to everywhere we need to go. Accommodations included everything we possibly needed. Both my wife and I had a lovely conversation with Renatha, and came away feeling her genuine concern and thoughtfulness. We appreciated a sympathy card and guest basket. Despite the awful circumstances that brought us together, my family had a pleasantly memorable stay thanks to having such wonderful accommodations.

We had an amazing stay at Renatha's place! There were eight of us over five nights. Communication was excellent throughout, and check-in and check-out was as smooth as could be. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to get our week started. We do a lot of VRBOs and we've never had a kitchen stocked like this one. The beds were great and there was plenty of bathroom space for everyone. We really enjoyed spending the evenings around the firepit in the backyard too. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes from downtown in one direction and a few minutes from the cute town of Gahanna in the other. We loved Creekside Park and the Barrel and Boar restaurant over there. This is a great house! Go ahead and book it now.

Renatha truly thought of everything and staying here was amazing! We needed a place for our family to gather after a funeral. When we arrived there was a gift basket full of fruits and snacks and a welcome and sympathy card from the host. The house was immaculate and very spacious. There was a variety of food items in the freezer and fridge. This house has all that you need and location is perfect! Thank you so much Renatha! She truly set the bar high for hosts and all of our guests were truly impressed.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at! The host, Renatha, was so kind and warm, and showed us around her home when we arrived. She provided so many little extras that made our stay even more enjoyable- the welcome basket of fruit and snacks was a wonderful surprise! The home was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. My family enjoyed playing the games that were provided. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Columbus area! We would definitely stay again ourselves if we are in the area.

Renatha is a true professional at this VRBO thing. UNPARALLELED HOSPITALITY!!!!!! - best i've seen in 15+ yrs of VRBO and other familiar rental options. Easy communications and quick replies...super clean house including fresh scents throughout entire house...welcome basket of fruit and snacks PLUS various useful foods in freezer/fridge for our use. We were planning to use the flat-top grill but it happened to have rusted a bit from outdoor moisture. She and her daughter came right over the next morning to clean it for us. We blew a circuit w numerous people using hair dryers prepping for our son's wedding - - right away she got someone over. Excellent customer service !!!!! Our bed was nicely firm. Bathrooms/showers all very clean and supplied w needed items like body wash and shampoo. The ranch house sits out in front of their trucking company that shares a driveway. But no worries - I think over our 4 days i recall 3-4x I was aware a dumptruck was driving by(they must have forgotten to turn on the "stealth mode" noise canceller the others must have been using - hardly knew there was anyone going by!). There's parking for at least 3 cars. Lots of front yard space but is on a ~ 35mph kind of street (younger kids would need to be watched if out front). Great location right near airport...but again, rarely noted plane noise overhead so don't let the location detract. Super convenient near highways. Backyard fenced in and has 2 picnic tables w sun shades plus a covered fire pit. Great hanging out w family back there to eat and talk. She's super friendly. We talked for probably 25min when i met her in person . Would definitely stay here again - YOU CAN'T BEAT RENATHA AS A HOST!!!!!!!

If you are looking at traveling to Columbus Ohio, don’t stay anywhere else but here! This was the first time the owner wanted to meet us and give a tour of the house, and did she ever take care of us. Renatha’s theory is to treat her guest like she would want to be treated. From the fresh fruit basket, evening snacks, beverages….she even provided breakfast of bacon, sausage and eggs! Renatha is truly the best. I was blessed to have met her and stayed at her house which provides “A little county in the city!” This is the perfect house to stay if visiting Ohio State campus for football or concerts. Close to great shopping malls, the zoo, botanical gardens, etc. The house itself has 3 bedrooms plus a den with a pull out bed. All the sleeping arrangements were great. There is a huge living room, two bathrooms, a screen porch, wash room and even a separate bar room. This house was perfect for my family of 5 adult children when we attended the Buckeye County Superfest, went shopping and even took in the zoo during our 3 day stay. My family felt truly welcomed and bless by Renatha! Next time we are in Ohio, I know where I will be staying.

We came from 3 states to celebrate a graduate and explore the area. The property was perfect, we enjoyed the outdoor space and the many rooms including having separate areas to enjoy small intimate conversations as well as a large family room for movies and games. The house was well appointed, furnishings comfortable and there were too many extras to note! The hosts were extra generous and very easy to communicate with. They touched base on arrival and told us to call if we needed anything, very genuine, warm and friendly. Our family celebrated and made many day trips and this was a perfect place to come “home” and rest. A 5 star wonderful experience, thank you.

Renatha is the most amazing hostess with the coziest home away from from home. We were welcomed by Renatha and a lovely fruit and snack basket. She had the fridge filled with staples, to save our trip to the grocery until we got settled in. The house was so quiet. An amazing firepit and gazebo out back. We a hit every night, as it was chilly out. My husband and brother in law got to watch the OSU game in comfort, from the bar area. A morning sitting area for them, while I cooked breakfast. Looking out the front window onto the nice front lawn view. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but everything was so wonderful! Definitely a must stay for future visits. And Renatha is the most amazing hostess we've ever encountered. Thank you!

Renatha is the most hospitable and amazing hostess! I have never rented a property where so many amenities and the comforts of home were provided. I highly, highly recommend this wonderful home away from home if you are staying in the Columbus/Easton area. My favorite features were the extra comforts Renatha provided... plenty of fresh towels, food starters, a welcome basket, breakfast foods, snacks, coffee bar and extra toiletries. And my complete favorites were all of the extra little rooms and areas... from the big family/living/movie room to the bar off the kitchen to the extra guest room office to the sun room to the amazing yard out back with a propane fire pit, grill and picnic areas. Absolutely loved my weekend there! Thanks Renatha!

I’ve given 5 stars in every category but would rate the house and Renatha even higher. From her warm welcome and showing us everything we needed to know to the fully stocked refrigerator and cabinets. The fruit and snack basket with a birthday balloon and freshly made cupcakes were a wonderful surprise. Renatha goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have everything they need. I cannot begin to tell you enough how awesome our stay was! The house is beautiful, the rooms and inside look exactly like the pictures. We spent most of the two evenings just sitting around the firepit in thr back yard in these awesome, comfy rocking chairs drinking wine and catching up on life. We are all working busy moms so it was great to have a place to just relax. The host was so accommodating! She checked on us and gave us a tour of the house and made sure we had everything we needed and more. We were fortunate enough to meet her and her family and they are truly the sweetest people and just wanted to make sure we had a good time! It was so nice to be able to go out, and come home to such a great place. We all agreed we didn't want to leave lol. It is in a great section, close to everything in just about 10 minutes, but tucked away to have your own space where you can laugh and joke and not bother anyone if you get a little loud. I HIGHLY recommend this home for any event or occasion. It was a great feeling for a bunch of moms to know we had an amazing host in a great house, who truly cared about making our stay wonderful. We will definitely be coming back and staying again! 10 out of 10 for sure!!

Renatha was a very caring, wonderful property manager. The house was great and stocked with little “extras” for us. One evening we sat in the backyard enjoying the fire pit and the quiet. Even though it is close to the airport, the house was quiet. The house was clean and comfortably decorated. Renatha warmly welcomed each of us and was always available for any questions or requests. My dad, sisters, and I flew in for a family reunion. The house was 5 minutes from the airport, but you would never know it once inside. It was extremely clean and decorated with style. The beds were comfortable, the TVs included several entertainment options, and many outdoor amenities were available. Renatha went above and beyond for us. We needed a cooler and lawn chairs for our event and she graciously provided them. All the staples were provided in the kitchen in addition to a beautiful fruit basket and snack bin. The bathroom was stocked with all the necessities and then some. Even though our stay was short, we had a wonderful time making memories. We hope to be back next year for our annual family reunion. Thank you for being a spectacular hostess and making us feel right at home.

We loved our stay at the house! Everything was above our expectations. The house was spotless! There were lots of extras touches that made the house comfortable such as fruit and snacks, a well-stocked kitchen with pots and pans and spices, card games, big comfortable couch to relax on in the evening, lots of towels and extra toiletries if you forgot something. It is close to shopping and easy to get on the expressway. We would stay here again if we are in town!
