About this house rental

Just a short distance from the ocean, this smoke-free vacation home lets you experience it all. Bay of Biscay and Plage du Large are just a short walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the deck or patio of this vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer and towels. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll have a washer and dryer, too. Other amenities include a BBQ grill, bed sheets, heating, and a dining table.

Das Objekt ist ein typisch bretonisches Steinhaus über zwei Etagen, total entkernt und modern/stylisch/geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt auf einem großen und ruhigen (Sackgasse zum Fort!) Grundstück der Domaine Cabellou mit einem eigenen Strandzugang - eine kleine Bucht mit Felsen und Sand, die man mit einem kurzen Fußweg durch ein Wäldchen erreicht. Der Ort Concarneau ist schnell mit dem Fahrrad oder dem PKW (Parken auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück!) zu erreichen. Die Küche ist bestens eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Markengeräten. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem bequemen Kingsize-Bett, großzügigen Schränken und komfortabler Dusche. Ein separates WC in Parterre. Zusätzlich zur ausgeschriebenen Ausstattung stand ein hochwertiger Weber-Gasgrill zur freien Verfügung auf der großzügigen Terrasse. Es gab eine "Bollerkarre", um Sachen zum Strand oder dem dazugehörenden Grill- und Picknickplatz im Wald zu transportieren. Der Verwalter (Jean Baptiste) wohnt auf der Domaine und ist unkompliziert zu erreichen. Es ist sehr freundlich, sachkundig (viele Tipps!) und hilfsbereit. Für uns eines der schönsten und besten Ferienhäuser, das wir je hatten! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen!

Anlage in einem großem -privaten -Park und eigenem Strandzugang -perfekt organisiert Unterkunft ist nach aktuellen Trends ausgestattet .Terrasse mit Grill , sowie der Garten sind top für schöne Abende. Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern in der wärmeren Zeit wäre noch zu empfehlen. Die Baustelle gegenüber war zum Aufenthaltszeitraum nur zeitweise stärker störend. Alles in allem: gerne wieder

So sollte Urlaub sein! Entspannter Check in, eine großartige Ausstattung und das alles in einem schön renovierten Objekt in einem großen Garten mit Meerzugang. Alles sehr originell und wertig mit Liebe zum Design gestaltet 🥰🥰🥰

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Verwalter war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
