About this house rental
The property***
Ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 5 km from the castles of Castelnaud, Beynac, Marqueyssac and the Bastide de Domme, 15 km from Sarlat, the house offers all the comfort to accommodate 4 people.
In a very quiet site, with no neighbours, between meadow and forest, you will take full advantage of the private swimming pool and the many tourist visits and outdoor activities. The whole house and the pool are rented to you alone and the owners do not live on site.
The pool is covered by a telescopic shelter, which heats the water from +5 to +8°C when there is sun, thus allowing swimming from June to September inclusive (the water is usually at 28-30° in July-August).
4 people are accommodated upstairs with great comfort (2 bedrooms).
The downstairs rooms are no longer available for rent but remain accessible of course.
Booking conditions***
- Rentals are made by the whole week.
- This accommodations are dedicated to family holidays. We will not welcome groups of young friends to organize parties or other festive events. Thank you for your understanding.
- Unfortunately, due to the behaviour of tenants who are not very respectful of others, we no longer welcome animals.

We stayed with our 9 year old son who has severe autism and learning disabilities. The house was perfect for us. As our son wakes at night and can be noisy it was lovely having no neighbours and we could fully relax. He loved the pool and went swimming 11 times! .So peaceful, no car noise or traffic just the sounds of nature. The house was lovely and clean, with everything to hand. Thank you very much for letting us stay and look forward to coming back next year.x

We were here last year and pleased to be back! The home is in beautiful quiet countryside not too far from many tourist attractions and the river Dordogne. The house has everything you need and reflects such great value for money with a fantastic swimming pool and even a football table and pool table as well as bbq, large tv, internet and Bluetooth speaker.
Thanks to Chantal for her wonderful reception again and who knows we may be back next year! Thank you

Lovely comfortable property with no visible neighbours in the beautiful countryside! Fantastic swimming pool and outdoor areas. Very close to the river Dordogne and plenty of sights to see.

Maison très bien située au calme dans la forêt (besoin absolu d'un GPS)
Mais l'annonce ne correspondait pas à la réalité sur le couchage, en cours de travaux au rez-de-chaussée
