8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
a ) The unit (number 11) was very comfortable. The king sized bed wonderful. b ) Thank you for looking after the shower seat which we hired for my partner. c ) We liked the proximity to the beach as we were on foot and used the bus and taxis to our destinations.
a ) My partner has a balance disability and was affected by vertigo. We suggest some hand rails should be installed in the shower recess in a few of your units. We believe more senior tenants would be attracted to your units if this was available. b ) The shower room requires an exhaust fan to ventilate the room. c ) A dish drainer on the kitchen sink would have been appreciated.

The bedroom had a tv in it and the oven was clean. Had a washer and dryer and clothes airer
The room was smaller than advertised. Had a front balcony but not very private and safe with kids, a back private garden was advertised.
