Nice place with a few problems.

Great location and comfortable

Elevators were a huge problem. Long waits to use. Some elevator down during peak times. Need more elevators for a building this big. Bathroom in main suite had no electric outlets . Hard to get ready without outlets.

it was ok

room size and the location

the property doesnt have a restaurant. it has a take away store which only opens at 5pm. i was upgraded to a 2 bedroom but ended paying extras that were not part of my original quoted prize. i tried to take it up with management to get a refund but they refused. this left a bad taste in my mouth. the other problem is lifts. we waited a long time to get a lift to stop on our floors. there was a time when i waited 20 minutes for the lift to arrive and it arrived full so i had to wait again.

Would recommend! Overall great stay

Close to the beach and all appliances are new and beautiful. Great balcony, comfy bed and great facilities. We really appreciated that they provide towels and chairs and umbrellas for guests

The elevators took forever, we waited 20-30 minutes every morning to get out. Also there were fan / buzzing noises coming from either the water heater or some other appliance in the closet

We enjoyed our stay and do recommend it.

The unit was very nice and clean, but the sofa, and the 2 area rugs need replacing or just a good cleaning. There were plenty of nice clean towels .The facility was modern, new and clean. The pool area is lovely . we did enjoy our stay.

I was annoyed that you couldn’t lock the door on the inside of the unit when you go to sleep. On our last day a young lady came into our room at 9:00am and I was still in bed. Not Good!! Everyday, They keep shutting down some of their elevators. A recommendation- The shower needs a place for the soap, and it is slippery in the shower.

Very comfortable Airbnb with a beautiful views and kind hosts

The actual Airbnb property was amazing the room was spacious and the balcony views were beautiful. The hosts were also really kind and easy to get in touch with.

it could have been because we were there on a busy weekend but it did take at least over 20 minutes to get onto an elevator once. we decided not to wait for an elevator and walked down eight flights of stairs to catch the elevator on a different floor. this happened a few times.

I with there was better communication. Also the couch can use some cleaning, there was a lot of stains on couch. And it be nice if we had complementary Tide pods to wash clothes and more cleaning products.

Front desk was exceptional during our stay along with valet

Elevators were a much better experience then the Hyde across street from previous experience there. Vallet service was exceptional.

Saw a person letting there large dog swim in ground level pool. Watched this happen from our 19th floor room. Made it impossible to use this pool during the remainder of our stay.

Repetiria sin duda el alojamiento , pero veria la forma de dejar el auto en otro lugar

La ubicacion , la comodidad y quipamiento del dpto. Las intalaciones son excelentes al igual que sus amenities.

Estuve hospedado la primera y la tercera semana del mes de enero. M resultaron 2 expriencias totalmente diferentes . La primera semana me recibieron uper amables , me ayudaron a bajar las valijas de mi auto y me las alcanzaron hasta mi dpto ( algo normal en cualquier alojamiento de esta categoria) Me realizaron una caucion con la tarjeta y al finalizar la estadia me cobraron u$d 290 en concepto de valt parking El problema fu la segunda semana de estadia (perdon 6 dias ) . Al llegar nadie se acerco a recibirme . Ni se molestaron en ayudarme a bajar mi equipaje y mucho menos a subirlo a mi dpto. De hecho , tuve me ofrecieron un carro en recepcion para qu YO MISMO suba por el ascensor con todo mi equipaje , y no obstante esto , me pidieron mi passaporte como garantia hasta que les devolviera el carro. ( Como si uno fuera a fugarse a alguna parte con un carro de valijas ) Me prgunto ,donde me lo esconderia ????? y para finalizar la estadia me cobraron por el Valet parking u$d 495 . Me parecio un "ROBO" , tenindo en cuenta qu el alquiler del auto por 21 dias me costo el mismo monto y que ya habia pagado montos de u$d 290 en ese alojamiento y en otro hotel de alta categoria en Orlando. La unica explicacion brindada fue que la estadia al ser menor de 7 noches , incrementaba su tarifa .

La espera demasiado prolongada para tomar un elevador. Hasta resulta tedioso ,pero más conveniente bajar por escaleras los 19 pisos antes que esperar tanto . Siempre llenos y te pasean por todos los pisos antes de llegar a tu destino
