It was easy accessible, the location is good and you have a small view on the sea.

You get the feeling that someone is living in the apartment and just left for you to stay there. There are open packets food (some of it expired) in the cupboards, the fridge had a very pungent onion smell which stayed the entire weekend. The bedding and the floors were clean however the surfaces were very dusty. The mattresses are due for replacement. The third “bedroom” with the bunk beds is the size of a small walk in cupboard, and those mattresses were shocking. Shower leaked,…

La pire expérience jamais vécue sur Booking !

Je suis encore sous le choc de ce que nous avons vécu. Ce séjour réservé via Booking s’est transformé en cauchemar, à cause d’une personne méprisante, malhonnête et dangereusement arrogante : Anne-Sophie. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil a été glacial, hautain et irrespectueux. Nous parlons en français, et elle nous répond de façon moqueuse : "Mais Monsieur, vous parlez français ?", en nous forçant à utiliser l’anglais ou le néerlandais. Une humiliation. Elle n’était même pas au courant de notre réservation pourtant confirmée, et nous traite comme des fraudeurs en exigeant des preuves de réservation, de paiement, tout cela par WhatsApp, comme si on avait quelque chose à se reprocher. J’avais pourtant payé 450€ pour deux nuits. Mais ce n’est rien comparé à l’état scandaleux de l’appartement : sale, pas nettoyé, serviettes au sol, odeurs de cuisson persistantes, sable partout, draps sales, toilettes inutilisables. Un dégoût total. Plutôt que de reconnaître ses torts, Anne-Sophie nous propose d’aller manger une glace ou boire un café pendant qu’elle envoie une équipe de nettoyage. Mon petit garçon avait une envie urgente, nous étions épuisés après une longue journée, et elle nous traite comme des intrus. Elle ose offrir 50€ de dédommagement, que j’ai bien évidemment refusé. Nous demandions simplement ce pour quoi nous avions payé. À 19h, soit 4 heures plus tard, rien n’avait été nettoyé. Absolument rien. L’appartement était dans le même état de dégoût. Nous avons donc été contraints de fuir et de louer un autre logement en urgence, à 15 km de là pour 550€. Nos vacances ? Foutues. Et là, le pire : Anne-Sophie nous envoie un message d’un culot inouï, nous accusant de voler les clés, et menace de ne pas nous rembourser si nous ne les rendons pas. Puis, elle va jusqu’à se vanter que sa mère est juge et que je peux "faire ce que je veux", que "ça ne changera rien". Une menace claire et totalement inacceptable.
