Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm

The owners, Josh and Natalie, were absolutely fantastic! They were always on hand should we have needed anything, with on-site bookable yoga or farm experiences, which we booked and enjoyed very much. The family yoga was my favorite! We stayed here for a rest and to just switch off from the hustle and bustle. It did exactly that! We were greeted by the alpacas every day and fed them as much as we wanted with their food we bought from the honesty shop. The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The mud kitchen and swing were a favorite of the children, besides the animals. We also ordered the breakfast hamper; it didn't disappoint, especially the sausages. We didn't need anything as the kitchen was fully equipped with all things needed..

Everything! This was a bit of paradise, just what I needed.

Everything was perfect, except I struggled to get up and down from the bed. That said, it had nothing to do with the comfort of the bed, just that at 72 years old with a dodgy leg it was a bit of a challenge...But, I accepted the challenge and conquered my fears!

We had an amazing time and absolutely loved our stay. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and a perfect base for exploring Dartmoor. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were great. We stayed as a family and had such a lovely few days here. We’d definitely recommend it and would happily come back again! 🦙❤️

Honestly, very little! The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t any serving spoons in the kitchen, which would have been handy when preparing meals, like bolognaise, curry. Otherwise, everything was great.😊
