Kilianhof

e really enjoyed staying on this working farm with cows and horses — it gives the place a lovely authentic atmosphere. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the accommodation was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location was great for us, especially with a dog. There is a beautiful walking trail just behind the house that leads all the way into Berchtesgaden (around 40 minutes on foot), with amazing views of the Watzmann along the way. We also really appreciated that dogs are welcome here. There is convenient parking right at the property, as well as a bus stop nearby and easy access to a cycling path.

The property is quite close to the road, so with the windows open you can hear some traffic noise. However, the sound insulation is excellent — once the windows are closed, the room is very quiet.
