About this house rental
Large and luxury villa with 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms. Every room has its own bathroom and smart TV. Enjoy this Spacious, Clean and well maintained home. We wish you sunshine and blue skies but if it rains enjoy family time in the game Lounge Upstairs, or a barbecue at the back porch. You can't get anything better than that in Orlando. This is the most family friendly neighborhood you can find and it is close to all attractions, restaurants and supermarkets to make it even more convenient. The fully equipped Kitchen tied the knot for the perfect getaway you can possibly have.
Accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and English.

***IMPORTANT NOTE: This house garage is a deposit but it is totally separate from the house therefore be aware that there is no game room available for this unit or covered garage space.
***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)
***PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee per pet. Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged
Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

My family and I loved this home. The house was exactly as described and very clean. The communication with your management was excellent and I found both Omar and Milla to be extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I want to note I feel some financial compensation should be give to me. This house was not ready to house someone.
1. Maintenance never came to fix the tvs
2. A glass is missing out of the bathroom window.
3. Duct tape on remotes that don't work!!
4. No jaccuzzi for the entire weekend. I would like to be refunded the money paid to have it heated.
5. I was constantly Lied to about maintenance coming and was told too many properties were broken to consider mine.
6. Bugs in the house leaving my family members with bug bites.
7. The refrigerator didn't get cold.
8. The cookware was worn
