This spectacular 4-bedroom, 3-bath home, with your own private swimming pool; less than 100 feet from putting your toes in the sand, you will feel as if you are living the oceanfront life! By day, you will love the breathtaking panoramic views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean, Inlet, and Intracoastal Waterway, while at night you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the crashing waves! Relax in the Evenings on the back porch and look for the wildlife views.
This tastefully decorated home features granite counter tops, stainless appliances, gas range, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, wood and laminate floors, a decorative fireplace, multiple decks with ample seating, and ground level entertaining for family and friends. You will discover an outside bathroom located in the storage area near the swimming pool, tanning deck, an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, as well as a picnic area and charcoal grill to use when you are not out on the beach.
From bedroom #1 located on the first floor, you will discover gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, and is complete with a queen size bed, TV and a private full bath with a huge walk-in shower (no tub). Upstairs on the second floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom #2 (Owners Suite) offers amazing ocean views with a private balcony, king size bed and a full size futon, TV, full private bath complete with a walk-in shower, a separate soaker tub and a double vanity. This home is beautiful from the inside out. The location is perfect and we loved the easy access to the beach. The front porches, upper & lower, were wonderful and we enjoyed the killer views. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the back porch due to there being no gate leading down to the pool. As a family traveling with small children, we felt that this is extremely dangerous. Therefore, we blocked off the back door and only used the front door for the entirety of our stay. Other than that, the house is great! Very spacious.

Fantastic views. Lovely stay. Outside property needs mowing/weeding and cleaning up. Time for some touch up paint on the walls inside. A little attention to detail and this place would be 5 stars!

Beautiful ocean view, despite construction dumpster in the view. House was very nice, but a house is being built next door-2 houses away & 2 houses behind, so we heard hammers banging & an air compressor running from 8 AM to 7 PM Monday-Saturday.
Cleaning Crew could be more thorough…front & rear doors were very dirty around the knobs & during our stay we saw 4 cockroaches scurrying across the floor. I called the mgmt company & an exterminator visit was set up.
