Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Pets are allowed. Located in Sardinia, the apartment boasts a beautiful aerial view. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, a TV, and air conditioning. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views and sunsets with a barbecue on your private terrace. Please note: the apartment is situated near a local road, so some traffic sounds can be heard during the day; evenings and nights are consistently peaceful and quiet.
In approximately eight minutes by car (600 m), you will reach the shopping area, with various supermarkets to choose from. In this area, you will also find restaurants and bars. Just a 15-minute drive from the vacation home (9.9 km) is the closest beach, Spiaggia Centrale di Cala Gonone. In the surrounding area, you will find a variety of beaches. Sa Pintadera is located in Dorgali, 9 km from the famous Cala Gonone territory, which is rich in natural beauty. Close to the Gulf of Orosei, there are several beautiful beaches, the Gennargentu National Park, and several archaeological sites.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war für uns optimal. Jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum und eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge laden zum Verweilen ein.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Leider hat am Morgen der Straßen- und Baustellenlärm die Nächte etwas verkürzt.
Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und war jederzeit für uns da. Wenn wir eine Frage oder ein Problem hatten, hat sie uns immer geholfen.
Es war für uns ein wirklich sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

We have spent one week in the apartment. The owners are very sweet and kind and the communication with them was excellent. They are very flexible and will do everything they can to accomodate you. The appartment is great and very clean. Each room has its own bathroom which was much appreciated. We traveled with a baby of 3 months and they were able to provide us with a baby crib. We will definitely come back and recommend this place at 100%!
