Good but the chargers on site are low power and it’s a shame this isn’t signposted

I’ve been here before and will use again as it’s modern and tidy and well located to get back on the motorway

Decided to stay as drive EV and they have hotel charging. They charge £15 fixed fee for overnight. They look like and I thought these were 11kw but they’re only circa 4kw. It’s a shame these aren’t marked, I’d have happily paid more but ended up only half charged in the morning.

Great place, nice food on the diner too

Stayed a few times, lovely hotel room and has a hairdryer and ghd straighteners in room so you don't have to bring your own which is a great touch, nice modern decor and really clean. Brilliant location for cribbs and social stuffs like cinema eateries etc. The diner does nice food too :)

It’s very stylish and nice Scandi-style decor. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Teas and coffees are available. Food is available at the associated restaurant next door. It was well-situated for our visit to family and well-priced for a late Sunday booking. The parking was a big plus and there are electric charge points.

The only thing was that the shower base and grouting needed cleaning much better where it gets wettest

Excellent, clean, spacious hotel

A great hotel in a great location, it is outside of Bristol but has great access to everything you might need. The hotel is quiet has a nice vibe and for those people who like to shop has brilliant access to Bristol's Cribs Causeway. I have stayed a couple of times now and there is nothing to stop me from staying again soon

Exceeded expectations

This place is brilliant. The rooms and decor look s gorgeous. The rooms are in great shape, stylish, and so well thought out. I was so impressed. Staff were so efficient and welcoming, parking was great. The price was astonishing - great value for money - the rate I paid. Loved the filtered water and hot water taps in the corridor. Shower was so good. Toiletries were lovely.

It's not a central Bristol location, but that's ok if you have a car, are passing through and easy enough to drive into town from there. Very close to Motorway so a great stop off. The diner next to the hotel is also very cool if you're into that kind of vibe.

Amazing value for money, clean, exactly like the photos!

Lovely room, they all look exactly like the pictures. It comes with GHD hair straighteners and hairdryer which my girlfriend loved. Beds were really comfy, facilities clean, access through a key card throughout the building. Having the restaurant next door was really nice too, lovely food for a good price.

A comfortable place for an overnight stay. Food disappointing.

I have stayed before so knew what to expect. I like the cleanliness and furnishings. Don't like the sink being outside the bathroom - and there is nowhere to hang the hand towels. The storage is minimal but I guess most people are only staying one night. I serves the purpose of a good work stopover.

The food is not great, especially if you are a vegetarian. The breakfast is not great value - I had the yoghurt with fruit and the portion was very small and the berries frozen. I would have appreciated local dairy produce (ie, thick whole yoghurt) and fresh fruit. My companion had the veggie breakfast, which was fine but I think charging another £2 for an egg was a little steep (most veggie breakfasts would have it included anyway). Staff are friendly but a little slow and distracted (one was doing delivery orders, while we were waiting for our drinks).

Excellent stay

Easy access from the motorway as we were driving from North Wales to Cornwall and wanted to break up the journey. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Meal in diner was excellent and the full English breakfast in the morning was even better!! Highly recommend the sausages!! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It was a bit weird getting hot water from the hallway but that's just a minor thing and didn't spoil our stay as there were plenty of complimentary tea,coffee bags etc in reception aswell as in the room.

Aside from one very helpful member of staff, the staff in general were very lacklustre and not interested. Cleaning times were very late Bed was poor, 2 single beds pushed together and uncomfortable pillows Ac did work but was very weak The bathroom had water stains on the ceiling

Mollie's was a treat!

Mollie's absolutely exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The staff are amazing (and it is so positive and uplifting to see that the organisation clearly has a policy about providing employment opportunities for people from a wide variety of backgrounds - well done!) and so friendly. Our room was super comfortable - amazing shower and a lovely bed, we slept SO well. Parking was free and convenient, and Mollie's Diner next door was great for dinner on our first night. Mollie's is a great choice for a base to attractions and places in the area, being well-connected to motorways etc. Bristol Parkway Station is about a 10 minute drive away.

We're not sure the hot/cold tap in the corridor was a set up that worked for us. We would have preferred a kettle in the room as it was a little bit of a hassle to get dressed first thing to go out in the corridor to get hot water! Only a minor niggle though, and one we soon got used to. The reception area can make you amazing cappuccinos and coffees too!

Very new feeling hotel, well equipped rooms, reception area with complimentary tea, coffee etc, comfortable work spaces to work away from isolation of hotel room.

Attached diner-restaurant wasn't my choice for healthy breakfast.

Great diner/good hotel.. but watch for no hot water given

Design of the hotel and diner were exceptional

No running hot water in the room for the sink and most importantly the shower was very disappointed with this. Other guests while checking out complained of the same problem with no explanation given.

Lovely place, ideal location

Lovely room and an ideal location, very easy to find. The staff were lovely and we had a very spacious room on the first floor. Friends of ours stayed on the third floor but also had a very pleasant experience.

The room got a bit warm at night and there was only a hot/cold tap outside in the corridor no kettle. But we were provided with coffee etc. In the room and free from the reception.

The TV controller didn’t work but staff were very helpful replacing it. Lots of cobwebs on the ceiling. Shower gel was empty.
